My passion for therapy and holistic approaches stems from an eclectic series of experiences with my own healing through Vipassana meditation, Buddhist teachings, Individual and Couples Therapy, as well as energetic and initiative experiences. I am late-diagnosed AuDHD and love learning more about this special interest. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, poetry, playing video games, and snuggling with my two cats, Ripley and Newt, whom clients sometimes catch a glimpse of during their teletherapy sessions.

I help clients that feel stuck in anxiety spirals, burnt out from trying to do everything right, and unsure of who they are when they aren’t performing. By reconnecting to the parts of yourself that feel unacceptable, too much, or not enough, our work helps you understand what you’ve learned from the past and build new, authentic ways of relating to yourself and others. You’ll develop the confidence and self-trust to navigate life without abandoning yourself in the process.

I also work with couples who may be feeling stuck in similar ways. Couples that feel disconnected by burnout, by a shift in identity, or that see conflicts repeat themselves but aren't sure how to move forward.

In our work together, we’ll balance practical support with meaningful exploration. You’ll learn concrete strategies for everyday life to support anxiety, adapt to stress, and strengthen communication and self-understanding. We’ll make space for tending to deeper emotions, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped your relationships, your sense of self, and what you believe you're capable of.

My Training:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Masters of Social Work from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work
  • IFS Level 1 Trained
  • Gottman Couples Therapy Levels 1 & 2
  • Somatic-informed, completed trainings by licensed somatic therapist
  • Trained in LGBTQ+ inclusive care
  • Gender-affirming care letter writing, meeting World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) standards of care
  • Trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • CBT and DBT graduate-level academic training, ongoing professional learning and clinical practice

My Specialties:

I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families. As a queer person with ADHD, I know the importance of having a therapist who understands the complex emotions and unique relationship dynamics that can come with these experiences. You deserve a space where your identity and experiences can be held, without having to educate your therapist.

My background also includes specialized experience working with teens (12+) and young adults, and the challenges of navigating these life stages today. These years can bring uncertainty for parents as well. I offer a space for parents and families to process questions and emotions while providing perspective, support, and practical guidance.

Beyond being a therapist, I’m a life long learner and I love to spend time outdoors. Whether that’s exploring a new park, trying a new craft, or going down interesting research rabbit holes online.
